Sophie Hose, DC, MS, DACNB, CCSP

Dr. Sophie Hose was born and raised in Hannover, Germany. Before moving to the United States, she lived in France and Italy for a year each, experiences that helped her expand her linguistic abilities and develop a strong appreciation for connecting with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Dr. Hose attended Life University from 2018 to 2023, where she earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Exercise Science and Interdisciplinary Studies. She then completed her Doctorate of Chiropractic, graduating Summa Cum Laude as the Salutatorian of her class. During her doctoral training, she was recognized with the Clinic Excellence Award and the Vitalism Award. Drawing from her background as a competitive gymnast, Dr. Hose has always been passionate about working with athletic populations. This led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Sports Health Science with a focus on Chiropractic Sport Science at Life University, where she worked with Division I athletes at both Life University and Kennesaw State University.
Dr. Sophie Hose is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP) through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians and holds Diplomate status with the American Chiropractic Neurology Board. She currently serves as an Examiner for the American Chiropractic Neurology Board and is pursuing postdoctoral studies in clinical neuroscience through the Carrick Institute. In addition to her advanced training, Dr. Hose is also a presenter for the Carrick Institute, contributing to continuing education in the field of clinical neuroscience.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Hose is actively involved in professional leadership and service. She is a member of the Life University Alumni Association Board of Directors and serves on the Georgia Chiropractic Association Sports Chiropractic Committee, as well as the Education Committee. Her academic contributions include a published article in the Georgia Chiropractic Association Magazine titled “Enhancing Proprioception and Joint Position Sense with Targeted Rehabilitation.” She has also presented two poster presentations at the Asociación de Quiroprácticos de Puerto Rico’s 8th Annual Congress.
Throughout her time at Life University, Dr. Hose served as President of the Functional Neurology Club and gained extensive clinical exposure through observations in the United States, Germany, Italy, and France. She also worked at the NeuroLife Institute, where she provided daily care for complex neurological cases and participated in research studies. Dr. Hose is certified in the Activator Technique and is committed to combining evidence-based care with individualized, patient-centered treatment.
